At Legacy, each item is produced and fulfilled with care. Due to the nature of our business and high demand for our products, please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.
We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed and processed.


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges in the event of a mistake made on our end, including but not limited to:

  • Receiving the incorrect item
  • Receiving the incorrect size
  • Defective or damaged product upon arrival

If an error occurs on our behalf, we will gladly assist with an exchange.


Exchange Availability

Due to limited inventory and high demand:

  • We cannot guarantee that the requested exchange item (size, color, or style) will be available.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit equal to the value of the original purchase.
  • Store credit does not expire and can be used toward any future purchase on our website.

Shipping for Exchanges

  • If the mistake was made on our end, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees for the replacement item may vary depending on availability and destination.

Exchange Request Timeframe

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How to Request an Exchange

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)
