15 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS!!!

You have 15 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return in exchange for another item.

Sale items, Clearance items and Limited Editions do not qualify for exchanges.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. *Sending back items that smell like your home, cologne, or smoke cannot be honored for exchanges*
You will need the receipt, invoice or order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Exchange items are not guaranteed in-stock.
To start a return or ask a question you can contact us at activated@legacy2006.com.
If your return is accepted, print a return shipping label from your preferred provider and send it back to us. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved.
Damages and Defects
Contact us within 48 hours if your item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
SHIPPING
We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) Ground Advantage.
Shipping rates are based upon weight and number of items ordered, so this may be subject to change.
Multiple items ship together when possible.

Note that customs fees, tariffs, VAT taxes, etc. may be levied against international packages. LEGACY 2006 LLC has no control over these charges, as they are subject to customs review and practices. Regretfully, we cannot mark outgoing shipments in a way that will attempt to prevent these charges, as doing so is unlawful.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed between 24 to 48 hours (not including weekends or holidays).

When your order has been packed, you will receive a shipment confirmation to the email address you entered at checkout. If it has been more than 2 business days, please check your spam folder before contacting us: sometimes our auto-emails get filtered out.
